	the supreme court just ruled, 5-4, that gay marriage is legal in 50 states. the 4 conservatives each dissented.


	Justice Scalia 8-1 in Johnson found a sentencing statute unconstitutional, so Johnson doesn't get a longer sentence because of a sawed-off shotgun.


	3 more cases for monday, but they are relatively minor, one about redictricting, one EPA, i forget the 3rd.


	after monday the justices go off to their summer jobs, or on vacation.


	scalia's a lifeguard at a resort in the catskills again this year.
