i got a few things done today. i vacuumed, did some dishes, took the recycling downtown, re-repotted some tomatoes, sorted my scrap pile, found the key to #48 but i need to charge the battery, made a
list, sent some emails, and went to bloomington and bought a volvo for $1000. the guy was great, he's a volvo mechanic introduced me to his volvo mechanic buddies, showed me some of his project cars.
hmm greyhound's only $11 and i have a voucher.
so now #50's in bloomington and i have to figure out the best way to go get it.
a man had a small canoe, a fox, a goose and a bag of grain. how does he get all 3 things across the river safely if he can only take one at a time?
i forgot the top item on my list, which is to revise the missouri amicus brief
it's 10:50 pm and i'm running out of steam, but i should list some of my todo list items here.the more i set them in front of me the less i'll forget to do them. a partial list is in the comments.
conscious avoidance is another issue, but a lot of stuff i just forget. i'm especially good at forgetting about unpleasant tasks.

check moldy coffeemaker.
bank card, order a new one from credit union.
go pay chase.
sort mail - did i pay the electric bill yet this month?

we think the roof leak is fixed but not sure

it looks like i can get to the airport for $2 then take a $20 shuttle to bton every 2 hours and walk to my car. the $7 shuttle would be harder to catch. so that's a plan for tomorrow. then wednesday get the plates for the new car
