	We are here this morning, april 18th, awaiting news from the supreme court.


	It was april 18th of 75,and hardly a mouse is now alive, who remembers that famous day and year, of the midnight ride of paul revere.

we never read the johnson case so no clue what this is about


	Why the long fellow, said the horse..


	ok, today's decision says the johnson case is retroactive, so certain prisoners can now appeal, 7-1 decision.

also obama's immigration plan didnt go over well at oral arguments today


	johnson struck down the Armed Career Criminal Act's residual clause


	so maybe not such a big decision today after all. back to jimmy with sports and weather
