I didnt do much today. Back hurts from yesterday's mowing. I should go mow one more lawn today. (But I didn't, and now it's raining.)

update: the "offer" for my texas land turned out to be bogus, a mistake, so i'm not rich after all.
i told my tenant who is fixing the roof he doesn't need to pay rent next month - we agreed that's fair. i made a few business calls and had some emails with my sisters about family business stuff
