Today was somewhat productive. I missed an appointment with Chase bankers about a home repair loan, but spent the day with the electrician at te new house. $220 home depot, $10 dollar general $1 McD
$30 at the club $12 chinese takeout $20 loan to dawn. Possible 4th tenant at $275/mo.
Cleaned the bathroom, took out trash, Mowed the grass washed some dishes blogged did some laundry got a haircut made a list. Has fun at the club then ate Chinese with Dawn.
Yesterday I did less but helped KC move stuff to the new house out of the garage where he was squatting. He's only 58; I always thought he was much older than me. He's bald with a long beard.
ended up going to 3 more clubs, had fun. now 4 am.
KC is an old friend from the bars. He got gaybashed, head injury, so he became spacey, lives as a monk. Tomorrow back to Home Despot, check the mail, pay some bills, start revising a memo.
Spent most of last night bingewatching freaks and geeks, and one episode of shameless.
