well it's been 11 days since i've made one of these. no good excuse for not keeping up. i'm at home with nothing better to do.
the main event is that i think i've sold the new house. got an offer for a rent to buy deal with a family that lives across the street. $15K over 3 years.
I might have an offer of $5K for the talbott street house, but I expect that to fall through. Basically the city has taken it by putting liens on it.
i've been home, going to clubs, a bit of shopping, a lot of reddit. i'll do a separate comic for today's adventures in voter ID.
some days i just stay home and binge watch stuff like hannibal, shameless, peaky blinders, i forget what else.
i do chores around the house but never seem to get ahead of the game. oh we did most of the electric at the new house.
