i haven't made one of these in a month. i've been in a summer stupor.
i got back to indiana from colorado, but hope to get back soon.
today, thursday, i got an offer of 3K on one of my vacant lots. we are still haggling.
I offered to sell him both lots for 5K.
oh, and i bought a house, $8K.
2 days ago my geo blew up, it lives in the back yard now, blown engine. looking at a $1000 saturn from buck. driving the van now. had to spend yesterday replacing a tire.
