	i got to the bank to pull out cash for awhile, and paid the storage unit bill, and now i'm set to hole up for a week while it's cold.


	i got some bad coffee and hush puppies at ljs while i waited. arrr. i should go get my spare tire fixed since i have cash. brr.


	i should probably do a year-end report on money and such matters.


	earned income 6000, unearned income 15k, gift income 2k. Rents 2K. So 25K in 2017.

so i don't need an ira this round


	expenses of 3k, another3K put into inventory, 7,500 in escrow to buy next house. which was supposed to close in early december and hasn't.


	so that's 14500ish net, or 11,500 if i can deduct inventory, and i pay roughly zero tax on 11.5k other than fica on the waged part.
