it's thursday. i'm having a good day. new computer is a toy, slow, memory taken up by bloatware. but it beats the one with cracked screen and bad keyboard.
this morning i read today's s ct cases. then i had a fight with yelling with tommy, because he missed one of his chores for the past 4 days, but we made up and he cut my hair.

today the lawsuit against me finally came. for 9 days i knew i was being sued but didnt have the complaint.
writing the first draft of the answer took 4 hours and i'm so glad to have that done.
i got an article posted to the election law blog and sent emails to reporters and activists about my voter id case.
now i think it's time to clean the yard or do chores or whatever. i could at least get dressed.
