Hello rainy,today while working on computer,i felt pain in my fingers.When I told my Yoga teacher about it,he advised me some tips.
Pritansh, Please tell me What are these tips as I have also the same problem while working on computer.
Stretch both the hands forwards and bring them to the level of the hands and keep the paws down. then slowly press the finger tips applying force and straighten them.
What after
After this fold the big finger and press the fingers making a fist like shape and slowly open it.Repeat this 10 to 15 times.
