You're right, rising malpractice insurance rate do make health care costs go up as well. I didn't even bring that up.
Let's talk about ramplantly suing doctors and settling suits to avoid a drawn out legal battle. You know damn well I'm not talking about limiting people with serious griefs.
What about them would you like to bring up, specifically?
A lot of doctors aren't part of corporations, and, as you pointed out, health care costs go up with rising malpractice rates, hurting everyone. Corporate doctors are probabaly less likely to themselves have to bear the brunt of malpractice rates.
