When you tell someone to ground themselves in reality, or that they shouldn't attempt a task because of the "realities", you're really limiting his or her imagination and spirit. You're telling them something isn't possible. If one is trying to do something revolutionary, whether it is great or monstorous, I am quite sure what the "reality" of the situation is is completely ignored. When did this election turn from surreal to existential?
