I was going to write a 5 part series about what would have happened if Barry Sanders hadn't retired in 1999. I started doing my preliminary reasearch and the subject matter just became to grim and depressing to really get down into comic form. It was probably the most depressing rough draft I've ever committed to paper. I just don't think it's going to happen, but I'll try to think of something else better to enter. Maybe later today. Maybe tomorrow. I love the contest idea though. Great job!

In light of crabbys "maybe ill post later today" post, im going to give this one 24 hours, ill judge it as soon as i come into work tomarrow morning.

1990... Did you catch Family Ties last night? No... I thought they cancelled that show. What day is it on? 1991... Did you check out Family Ties last night? I think Alex might be getting too old. He just isn't cute anymore. Didn't he stop being cute back in 1989? They should have cancelled that show back then and let it go with a little dignity. 1993... I heard this is gonna be the last season of Family Ties. That is a real shame.

I've just been so sad all day. That Barry Sanders series has rocked me to my core. It might be time to haul it on down to funky town and see what I can come up to get back into the flow of things.
