But seriously, Spankling, I don't see why you should stick with Bogart. That's like building up a high level Diablo character for half a year, then getting a new character simply because you don't like the old one's beard. Only less so. After all it's not like we'll go "Oh, there's a normal comic, it CAN'T be by Spankling." But I guess it's your choice, despite the fact that I'm god and you motherfuckers aren't.

I'm apparently lost with the whole people making up fake personas thing. I think I should have been paying more attention to the Mystery Comic Cup which may have spawned some of this, but trying to figure this out is hurting my head.

Bogling, if you want to be you, you can just start being you with whatever account you prefer.

I can understand not wanting to play a character called "Spankling". But I wouldn't just give away the account, either. You spent a lot of time building up that repertoire.

For those keeping score, I only have two accounts, this one and a Mystery Contest one. And I've used Dr. P on occasion.

Whenever someone here says they blew their cover, I'm always like, "You did?" I guess I'm not paying attention.

It helps to know that Spankling = Bogart, because I've spent time getting to know and like Spankling, and this saves me having to do the same with Bogart.

And then there's the drunken threesome. No one had a thing to say about that, for some reason. All I can say is it's been a long time, and almost surely will be a longer time yet. Beyond that, there's so much to say about the subject that I'll pass on it, lest I lapse again into sociology mode.

Spankling, if it's any consolation, I could tell that the outrageously warped persona you portrayed was at least partly faked. I think it was because, even before Bogart appeared, you were two people - the amusing but unconvincing sexual freak, and the more thoughtful, reserved and insightful person who I thought was probably the real you. What I am saying, I think, is that the real you is part of Spankling. for me. If you want to cut back on the sham and concentrate on being real, I think you should stick with being Spankling. That's the guy we are most familiar with.

One other thing - both Spankling and Bogart are on my favourites list, and have been for ages now. You're a classic under and name.
