Your examples are of combinations of lust and gluttony, or rather just sex and eating, and do not suggest that lust and gluttony are one and the same thing. In the broad sense of each sin, you can lust for things other than sex, and you can be gluttonous about things other than food. The main difference between lust and gluttony is that lust focuses on treating other people as objects, whereas gluttony focuses on unceasing positive experience. Along with greed, lust and gluttony fall under the broader category of concupiscence, but each is a different kind. Greed focuses on having; gluttony on experiencing; and lust on using.
