Robert, a police officer, enjoys the feel of womens clothing. He's also a cop, so going undercover is a perfect excuse for wearing a dress! Hmmm. I sure hope no one steals my bag which contains millions and millions of dollars! But the Sargent won't keep letting him go undercover without a good reason. GIMME YOU'RE BAG LADY! OK OK, HERE, TAKE IT! He's caught 20 "bag snatchers" this week. The guys at the force are considering buying him a new dress for his birthday. Hey, what the hell!? Theres nothing in here! You're under arrest, thief!

Actually, I think the narration in this one was necessary. That's where the humor is.

The comic's alright. I like your previous three better. Keep at it.
