I quit just after they really went in the toilet. Back when regional managers had control of their stored opperations Kinko's had local flavor and hired smarter workers. Then they went the rubber stamp/McDonalds route and the job began to seriously suck. At that point I realized I'd been selling my skills short and took a job for twice the pay.
