Actually, the one DX is talking about was inspired by the Asardo, an Italian sports car from the late fifties.



The Bentley resemblence on the other one is interesting. I was trying to evoke fluidty of cars like the Talbot-Lago from the 30's, but in a more modern context. Maybe Bentley was trying to do the same, though I find their design somewhat more formal than mine. Which would befit a Bentley, naturally.
