I stopped tipping the pizza delivery guys when they started tacking on delivery charges. When you order $15 worth of actual food and the bill somehow comes out to $25, there's a problem. The worst part is I'm not even sure if the drivers are actually getting that extra $10 or if it's just something the company is pocketing.

When I delivered pizza I carried a .357 in shitty neighborhoods. Also I was a P.I. at the same time and if I had a summons I couldn't serve easily I'd put it in a Pizza Hut box and include it in my deliveries.

When I was delivering pizzas in shitty neighborhoods probably not far from the ones crackpanther delivered in, I didn't carry shit. Feared for my life though. The drug dealers were very polite. It was the 13 year olds you had to be afraid of.

Haha I bet you were there. I remember this one apartment complex off Nassau and Florida Blvd where at least 10 apartments were missing the faceplates, inside and out, off their deadbolts. To answer the door people would stick a screwdriver in to slide the bolt as though that couldn't be done from the outside as well. Da Ruuudge (Baton Rouge) had neighborhoods that made NOLA look like Martha's Vineyard. One of my favorite drug-dealing neighbors just outside Spanish Town never had a front door in the three years I knew him. Always had an Escalade, always had jewelry, just never a door on his house. Even when it was 30 degrees.
