I don't see them on my own comics. They do appear on all other users' comics that I've checked, though. I've signed in and out to check cookies.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Yep! Same thing is happening to me.  I see the share buttons on another users comics, but not my own.

OK, I see that the voting buttons are also appearing in the same window. Obviously we don't want people to vote on their own comics - that's what alt accounts are for - but I would like to share my own pictures without having to remember my password for electricboots (alt created for comic contest, I assure you. Really.).
