Hi, I've been lurking for awhile and I finally figured I should go ahead and let my presence be known. I got most of the in-jokes, so I enjoyed the strips. Even if I didn't understand, I think I'd still be able to appreciate them on some level. But the more involved ones would probably just be confusing.

Thank you both. I'm still working out the whole effective gagwriting business. Some of them could have been better and, honestly, some aren't quite as funny as they were at the time. I'm trying to make them accessible on the in-joke level, but also on the random absurdity level. I think some of them don't need ANY knowledge of the subject at hand. Like this one:
