[list=1][*] A lot of fun contests have taken place lately. It's getting harder and harder to come up with original rules. Hopefully, these will provide a fun twist.
[*] I just made these comics, numbered 71019 and 71022. They provide the introduction.

[*] Obviously, Comic 71339 doesn't exist now, nor will it for a few days. I won't make any special attempt to create it. and it doesn't matter whether or not it has anything to do with this contest.
[*] Between now and the creation of Comic 71339, your mission is to depict the various characters in their attempt to get ahold of the money. Making alliances, breaking alliances, backstabbing, thinking outside the box, ... anything goes. Multiple submissions encouraged. Extra credit for building off of each other's stripcreating work.
[*] When Comic 71339 comes into being, it will show here:

Take a good look at it. All the characters in this strip have found the money, regardless of what the text of the comic reads.
[*] Once the money has been found, greed kicks into high gear. Characters will converge on whomever is holding the loot at the moment. Who will wind up with the pile?
[*] We'll know once Comic 71400 has been created. The contest will then be over, and I will look for and identify the single funniest comic or miniseries of the lot.[/list=1]
