At home, I use HTML-Kit, because it's free. It's still basically a text editor, but it has a lot of additional features, most of which are specifically designed for writing web pages. It may take you a couple of days to customize things the way you want them.
At work we have a site license for UltraEdit, which is absolutely incredible. Again, still basically a text editor, but with a whole lot of features/functionality. If you're willing to pay the money and willing to still write the code yourself, I cannot recommend this highly enough.
At work I also sometimes use Dreamweaver. There are a couple of things it does quicker than I can do them in UltraEdit, especially with plugins. It's not terrible, but it's not perfect either, and given a choice I'll still use a text editor.
Hope that helps.
