i will probably stay in town for a few days since our first followup is so soon and the weather is bad.
i didnt get any work done but i did accomplish one thing. i bought a house at the tax sale. it's clyde's old house, next to my house that burned. paid $4000. have kind of a partnership deal with my
friend joe who went to the sale and is already a landlord on that block to help me fix it up and rent it out.
so now i have 3 houses, 5 units. my goal is to buy a house each year till i have 5, and get some rental income for when i get too old for studies in 2 years.
now i need to call mom and leave a message for the court saying i won't be there tuesday.
