it turned out to be an ok day. we dosed, which in this study means getting a patch put on. and we sat around for 4 hours getting blood drawn taking a pill getting blood pressure done etc.
but after that most of the guys went to bed - the stuff knocks us out - and it got quieter and i started to get used to it.
i've found a room i'm using as my office, me and one other guy when the staff doesn't need it.
and i got an email asking me to help out with an amicus brief to the 6th circuit and i like the case so i'll maybe do that, so i get to feel engaged and busy.
on july 31 i'll have been here 10 years.
plus if we win it might win me back some street cred at the national convention in ohio this year.
3:30, sunday, the next day: i'm well into the first draft of a brief. i'm going to take a break for a while now, been writing 3 hours.
