i didnt know it at the time but it was the first soup of spring, the vernal equinox, a high holiday among my people.
thursday i made a list and did most of the items. made $26 at the scrap yard but spent it at the club, and went to another club later. recycled cardboard and bottles to try to get the side yard
cleaned up a bit. took more boxes of food to the food not bombs house, moon mansion, hung out there and had soup. went to the hardware store, the post office, the bank. packed for the study.
apparently it's called ostara, which i didnt know
friday i got 4 hours sleep, drove to st charles, with a 1 hour nap on the way. the alarm clock on my phone is turning out to be a very useful tool.
had to go in early to fill out extra paperwork they forgot at screening. ate at my usual chinese buffet. was early so i walked around the lake and drove aimlessly for a bit, then checked in.
a lot of hurry up and wait. this clinic has new owners since last time and it's a bit disorganized so far.
yeah i've been antiquing in st charles before. i bought a wooden dovetailed dynamite box, it's one of my obsessions. so maybe i'll do that on our day out at the end of part 1.
