rochester says he'll pay me the $200 he forgot he owed me starting next month, we'll see. he thinks it will cost $1000 to fix the eaves again.
today, thursday, ended up being a good day after all. i did at least 3 important things. i picked up one of my two cars, edited printed and fed-exed the brief.
there's a whole list of things on the car to fix, that i now have the money and time to do. then i need to get the other car, which means going back to walmart get a different battery so i can drive
i'm glad i didnt go to denver. if i had, i would just be getting back,and it would probably have been a wasted trip. now that i'm in a study, i could cancel the nebraska trip next week, maybe.
it to the shop instead of towing. and three, i sent a letter to a clinic that banned me, asked them to reconsider, and sent a copy to a lawyer. emailed my own lawyer back and forth about finding a
local doctor. found out i do have low testosterone, so that'll get me in some studies, but is maybe part of why i have so little energy.
i could have stopped at a club on the way home, but i skipped it. i feel like i have to focus on the to do lists. i've only had drinks one time since before christmas.
i still have to mail the copies of the brief to the 3 lawyers. i should email them as well. i caught to mistakes in the brief before i filed it but also missed two.
roommate number 3 says he might get the rent tomorrow, and starts a minimum wage city job parttime soon. roommate 2's been smoking in the house.
1. take car for oil change. buy oil and filter next door. call go green to put it in? see if they could do the window.
4. fix tire at wire and teal.
7. make a list for the car.
2 post office? bank? cash count. walmart for battery exchange. mail briefs to lawyers.

maybe call that doctor. do stretches. tonight and tomorrow. get oxy stuff for ear. sort clean clothes. take pics of room and house.
3. first friday, hit a gallery?
saturday work on lists. clean front porch and yard. put away canned goods, or do that tonight.
sunday try to stop by fnb. work on cleaning room. cancel nebraska trip.
get a burrito from across street, $3.
watch hulu.
delete extra copies of early drafts of brief, it's slowing down the computer. move pics to blogs and delete to free up space. reddit too much.
check creditkarma to see if i am behind on bills.
cable bill dispute maybe. add to to do list for later.
review to do lists.

talked to ian about counsel.
emailed wendy about studies.
emailed my lawyer.
blogged about colorado case.
checked with clinic, found out i have lowT.
wrote to dr david carter, bcc'd letter to a lawyer who is suing abbvie.
edited brief, made new pdfs, printed at kinkos, around $50, sent via fedex.
got out of bed eventually. bus $2.
picked up car. aired up tires, connected battery, stopped in to see if they could make a key.
need to put key on key ring.
need to make list just for the car.
1 check brake light. and plate light.
2 oil change. buy
3 fix leaking tire.
4 window. go green?
5 move tv, clean out car.
6 email car guy about #51.
7 walmart for #53 battery
8 stuff to seal crack in windshield.
9 alignment
10 find title to #52. check drawer.
11 have it checked out at volvo place tom wood sometime $100.
