I vote for Rabid_Weasle as well. I'm still looking for a category to stick some of my comics in however =P.

To answer all your questions:

1. A helpful moderator* could easily compare IP addresses to verify who the real culprit is yadda yadda yadda meddling kids, in case of identity theft.

2. For this category ONLY I'll open up the contest to people who created aliases in 2003, but who have been around longer. However I'm making it a condition that you reveal your alias's identity if you joined earlier than '03.

3. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" is found guilty of being a contradiction. I rule that it appear on the final year paper of philosophy students for 18 months, with a further 6 months as a Boolean impossibility, fatally ruining the thesis write-up of some cocky CS graduate student at MIT
