Also, my take on this whole thing: I agree with the fact that when I was 11, swear words were pretty much the best thing since Chef Boyardee. Swear with your friends, giggle about it, and then make sure you don't say it around your parents. Then you accidentally slip up around a younger sibling, and they tell on you. Good times all around.
IE: When I was 12, my little brother (8 at the time) was being fantastically annoying. So I said "Dammit, (name), shut up!". My sister, being an impressionable 4 year old, thought that was my brother's nickname. So she started calling him "Dummit". My parents thought it was cute because they had no idea where she got that from, and I was safe.
