Like I said to DexX, if you're traveling and actually end up nearby, I'd see what I can do. I certainly wouldn't ask you to come out of your way just to visit someone you don't really even know.

Mid December to Mid January is good. Any time sooner would be pretty sketchy due to my school load, and any time after is too unpredictable to call.

I must say that visiting chooby and Jes is probably not the wisest move for a girl on her own in a foreign country, don't turn your back on them for a single second.

well.. seeing as I'll be making my first trip as a student (to Chicka's house that is), I won't exactly be rolling in the dough... that, and when I go visit Choobs and Jes, I will have had to save all my pennies to get there... seeing as I'm taking a year off next year, i might get around to travelling more...

I'll probably come up for a weekend or something, but August is when I'll probably be switching jobs. I can't guarantee where I'll be living, but there's a 99% chance it'll be where I am now, so if you wanna come down/can afford to come down to London you're more than welcome.

But yeah, I'll come up to Glasgow and buy you and the Chooby-lookin' hallion a pint or six.

My living situation may also change quite frequently between now and next August, I'm pretty sure I wont have wandered too far from Glasgow, at the moment I'm 10 miles from my beloved home city, but I generally don't make any plans further than two weeks into the future so we'll need to re-discuss this nearer the time.

Also, with current interest rates, the 6 pints Jes has promised will have inflated to 37 by next year, hooray!

so what's ubercool is that i have parental consent from my mom (who cares about my step-dad!!) to go both to visit chicka and to visit choobs and jes... i told her tonight on the phone and she sounded actually kind of excited that i was doing all this travelling. i was like ... whoa... anyway, props to my mom for being cool, but these trips are a definite now. ghetto ghetto w00t w00t!
