I wrote a 127 word sentence today. I decided two paragraphs in a liability release could be combined into one terribly terrible sentence...behold:
In consideration for the repairs and/or maintenance on my vehicle, I voluntarily agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the XXX XXXXXXXX XXXXX High School District, its Board of Trustees, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and students (hereinafter XXXXXX) from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, and expenses, including attorneys fees, suffered by me or any third party arising out of or resulting from any and all repairs and/or maintenance to my vehicle, whether they arise before, during or after completion of the repairs and/or maintenance, which are or claimed to be in any manner directly or indirectly caused, occasioned, or contributed to in whole or in part through any act, omission, fault, or negligence whether active or passive of the entities and persons identified herein
