I have a large library of music. Unfortunatly, all I can play it on is a 128mb mp3 player, because I havn't backed it up to cd's yet. So at the max all i can carry is a little of 2 hours worth of music.

I'm going to the Bahamas in Januray, and I want to take some music, but I don't know what... I've thought about it for a bit.

I want YOU to pick stuff for me to take, since I'm so indecisive. and no dumb selections like that mighty max theme song, plz.

Blind Guardian's cover of "Spread your Wings", originally by Queen. This is great for sitting at the beach and dreaming.

Though, you're going to the Bahamas, might be a little different atmosphere there than at Ft. Bragg. I doubt it's often very cloudy there, so perhaps it won't be as good of a feeling. Maybe just pack it along in case a cloudy day comes up.

I have the predecessor (Archos Jukebox FM Recorder, also with a 20gb harddrive) and I have 150 CDs on it, which is a little less than half-full.

Having 300 hours of music capacity means never having to plan ahead what you want to hear later.

the jukebox is a little buggy--sometimes it crashes when you have like 250 songs in the playlist playing randomly. All you have to do is restart it, which takes 10 seconds and the time to set your playlist again. That's pretty much the only intermittent drawback.

Impressive collection you have there. I think some Boards of Canada would be perfect for lazing about on a beach. Maybe "In a beautiful place out in the country". And take some Can and some Kraftwerk too.
