This issue we are reviewing a little anime called

Wedding Peach

This anime is a shoujo anime which means it is meant for little girls but the dialog is so weak that it sounds like it was wrote by a retarded two year old. Since I only saw the first episode I have no right to judge but since I dont care I will go ahead a do it anyway. The story is about a girl with powers or something and her moms dead and she get a magic ring. Its probably one of the lamest stories I have ever heard (and I have read the bible) *BAH ZING!* So over all does it stack up to the good anime show in this style like sailor moon.............NO OF COURSE NOT HAVE YOU BEEN READING MY REVIEW AT ALL?

I has a flavor!

I am here to review a crappy little anime movie called Vampire Hunter D. You may or may not have heard of it.

The story is more B-Movie esque than many of MST3K's victims, with plot holes by the dozen. It is plagued by a stupid main villain who is an Italian Godfadder Vampire with an army of undead zombie mohawk guys. TEHY ARE SO PUNK RAWK. D makes a very good effort at being a cliche stoic and unflinching hero with a dark past, but it just comes off as him being stiff and poorly acted. The only character with any originality is D's delightfully wacky hand. I have to wonder how this anime is considered scary if the most deep and articulate character is the main star's hand.

While the animation is very good considering the title's age, the fight scenes are so pooly executed and illustrated it's just downright revolting. If something can be said for Vampire Hunter D, it's that it's very gory at times. But really, this anime just fails to scare. If you really want a decent chill, check out Laughing Target or Hellsing. But for the love of god, don't pick this up.

I don't remember too much about Vampire Hunter D except that it had alot of freaky monsters being sliced in half by swords and gore spilling out. Kewl. But I guess the characters did suck now that StupidGuy mentions it.

Anyone remember Wicked City? It was light alien tentacle anime that had a cool concept or two, but was ruined by the most annoying character in the universe -- a shapeshifting alien who had taken on the appearance and persona of a dirty old man. Typical, lame "comic relief" that is anything but.

The NEW Astroboy

Wow. I wish people would totally stop updating things. This year is the worst of it... the new Manchurian Candidate, the new (live action)Thunderbirds, etc., etc., etc.

Astroboy is no different. It feels like this: the creators look at a chart that shows that "The 8-12 demographic likes giant robots, and the 13-35 demographic knows of Astroboy! IT'LL MAKE MILLIONS!!" Then they take the parts of the original that they didn't understand, take out any sense of humor it had, defecates on it, eats it, vomits it back up, makes sure that limited animation was applied properly, and declares it finished.

I give it a 0.00000000741 out of a possible 10.

How was that?

Princess Nine

You ever wonder why there arent any sports animes and manga? No? Well that puts you in the majority but for thoses lovers of sports out there, there is one such anime. Princess nine tells the story of harrowing journey to succeed in baseball. The story folllows some girl as she goes to fufil her fathers legacy. How might you ask? By pitching. They also use cheap ass techniques to distract the boys they play. This team is a bunch of cheating bitches. The animation used is completly ridiculous and it hardly looks like they are serious about what they are doing. One girl has her eyes so close together that she looks like a sewer mutant. So overall is this a good anime NO not at all anyone who says this is good never had to sit through an entire episode

Pokemon is not horrible. This is because of Team Rocket, who is awesome. They alone make the series slightly above unwatchable. Everything else about pokemon needs to be fried in in a bucket of Abra droppings.

Dragonball Z

Here's a brief synopsis: people grunt and power up and sometimes tell the other guy how powerful they are. Uh, and not much else. Every now and then they might exchange karate chops or something but they always miss. As a bonus for the most dedicated fans, one out of every four hundred episodes actually advances the plot. Maybe it'll be THIS episode! Nope, it wasn't.

This anime receives a rating of 4 out of a possible aleph-0.
