A lot of these aren't(if not all) aren't Katrina pictures, they're just wall clouds mostly. They've been making their rounds under the name of whatever current hurricane is going on for quite a few years now.

Pretty neat pictures though, anyway.

If you had told me those photos were the eye of Katrina I'd have belived them too. But yeah, I'd expect you'd get battered by 100mph+ winds and rain long before anything so cool as those manifested themselves.
