You are talking about a vertical line, right? Because I don't think you can make a horizontal line halfway down a strip. You would just have to use a narrative caption to describe it.

These are all great suggestions, but have you tried using the background called "splitter?" Only the coolest cats use it!

You could, biped. You could use the "blacker" background in the middle panel and make the backgrounds in the first and last panel the "black" backgrounds. It WOULD look like the middle line of a two-panel strip. I did it myself a while ago:

Where I come from, they just select splitter. I'm just saying. I don't want to break to far away from the pack here.Maybe you should try it.

Actually, here in Portland they call soda "semen." Isn't that odd? It's all white and sticky too. That's why I stick to good ol' goat shit! They call em' tacos in some places, but whatever.

Oh! I know. Why don't you try this... go down to the background area and select "splitter." Just give it a shot... it's not for everyone.

why? you should just go to the background selecting area and pick "splitter." That's what my Gramps did in the Splitter War of '54.

Back in my youth, we didn't have such high tech devices as "splitter"s. You had to make a cling overlay to put on your screen that had lines on it, then pretend.

Once we scroll down and select "splitter", we can divide a given piece of land into two parts, making responsibility an easier thing for a single person. Either that or you can just forget about what I said and choose "splitter."
