If you have to have a particular political, religious, or ethnic affiliation to find a comic funny, it probably isn't actually funny; it's just making you feel good that someone who agrees with you is saying so.

That's true to a point. But it's also called having an opinion, just as you are entitled to your opinion that Kung's comics stink. I hate to break this to you, but just because you don't find them funny doesn't mean they aren't in someone else's eyes.

I like a lot of these, but some of them hit a little too close to home for me to like at all.

But thems the breaks, being deployed to Kuwait and having a cousin in the Marines over in Iraq.

Clearly he does. He survived the first 2 pages of your constant and pointless criticism before finally being forced to react.

I've never known of a political comic (or indeed any kind of political expression) which can be appreciated by people of all different political opinions. The fact it expresses a particular point of view is what makes it a political comic. And tomorrow, children, we learn to count to four.
