I just realized my laptop doubles as a heating pad. It's only been on for about two minutes and it already feels like the heated seats in my wife's car. It'd be nice if it was colder out.

I'm sitting sideways in this overstuffed chair we have, with my legs thrown over one side and leaning back against the other. They keyboard is at about a 45 degree angle on my legs, and it actually feels pretty comfy.

I'm going to try and install a LAN jack on the dog tonight.
