It's true, a match is much more aesthetically pleasing than a lighter.

What the photo fails to show is the next step, which was me setting light to the matchbox (still full of matches). It jumped about a lot as it burst into flames.

I was just lighting Altoids on fire and watching them pop and expand as they melted. Sugar makes a wonderful catalyst.

I've also found that the alcohol gel that you use to sanitize your hands makes an EXCELLENT napalm. It is really sticky, so it stays on what you put it on, it's clean burning, and it stays cool on the bottom, so you could potentially put a big glob in your hand a burn it, without hurting yourself. I've not tried this, however.
