Okay, this is how I understand it:
Either 1. You're not good enough to win a CC and you want some kind of award to make you feel better because you keep entering and keep losing. Therefore you at least want your work and effort recognized.
My response to this option: There are honorable mentions. If you put in a worthy effort, you will be rewarded with seeing your name in bold, to live on for eternity in the stripcreator forums... well, until brad decides to let the threads fall off the face of SC because there are too many ala General Discussion.
Or 2. You want some kind of badge or image to show off how wonderful you must be for winning more contests than someone else.
Response: Most people add that kind of info to their profile, because they're vain and have nothing better to offer than to say "I won this award, aren't I so cool?" No offense, that's just kind of how I view it when I see those things. You could do this, with a link provided to the CC you have won. However, maybe you should think about how long you've been here before comparing yourself... if you've been here two years and you're comparing yourself to a so-called "newbie", of course you're likely to have more awards than them.
In conclusion, it took me quite a while to win my first CC (over a year, I think), and I also believe I didn't actually deserve it. In other CCs I have faith that I have made my comics better and I have worked to get as universally humorous as possible. Maybe instead of moaning and complaining that you have no awards for the things you've done, you could make funnier comics. Just a thought.
I still consider top shit to be a person who wins a Comic Cup, though. Since those are long and voted upon.
