Regulars: Let's try some constructive criticism. For example:
Shneil, I think your comic "fat alberts theory" falls flat. For one thing, it would read a lot more easily if you used proper capitalization and punctuation. For another, there doesn't appear to be any reason for the background to keep changing. Keep in mind, pointless randomness isn't funny -- never has been. Any of those backgrounds would have been fine for that comic; just pick one and stay with it. Most importantly, I don't see the wit in your punchline -- it too seems random; random violence as a punchline in response to random violence as a premise. You might try to improve it by, among other options, (a) making the retribution somehow poetic/appropriate, (b) explaining why a bear trap as opposed to anything else, or (c) having stick-man give an extra "surprise" punchline in the third panel, perhaps alluding to some humorous incident in Helmut's past involving a bear trap.
Joshw, most of your comics just don't work for me. They often lack a punchline or an intelligible sequence of events. "Coppers" made me smile. I think it could also benefit from the "surprise punchline" technique. The second stick-man in panel three might have made any of a number of quips. "Donuts?" "Well, guess it's chicken for dinner again tonight." "He takes playing 'Tag' a little too seriously." Try fleshing out your story.
