Here we have it, the long avoided 13th Comic Cup. It's been a while since the last one so some of you may not know the rules, which doesn't really matter as this one wont really follow any of them any more than the last one did. Okay, maybe the person who actually wins will actually win this time.
This contest will have brackets but some will be one on one, others will be two on two, and others may be a free for all blood bath. You'll know when it hits you.
