I totally empathize biped.
I didn't realize it did that.
I am stoked to have 51 downloads none the less, and I only mentioned here and my 'home board' where there are probably about 10 users total (its like "Cheers", we all know each others names, and are drunk most of the time)
Fileplanet.com though is not a bad site to be a member of if you do any gaming at all. It tends to have the latest demo to everything.
I used to harvest patches off magazine CDs or from the site of the actual developer, but that can be a tedious process. Then a few years ago I discovered fileplanet and basically thats the first place I look. They usually have the latest greatest.
I am off work the next three days, and I have all these great new sound effect/soundtrack tools. I intend to make a movie I am tentatively calling;
"True Stories of the Arkansas National Air Gaurd" Its about George Bush as he fought in the jungles of "Vietnam". I intend to use almost every Vietnam movie I can get my hands on, including M*A*S*H in some form or fashion. It will be about 15 minutes when I am done.
I found this great online reference library that has all these sound files of George Bush in the pubic domain. One can edit them in any fashion you like to take them out of context. A fella took the time to make the old CCR "Fortunate Son" song with what appears to be George Bush singing it. He aint no senators son, you know.
Anyway, that was sort of the seed of the idea and will be the title credits. However, you will also hear the classic "Napalm in the morning" line, and that Seargent from Full Metal Jacket.
So hopefully I'll finish that new movie this weekend.
