Do I take that to mean that cherry scented bath towels are to be integral to the humor of the strip in a general sense? Or does this mean that the strip must culminate in the phrase "Cherry scented bath towels" as the punchline? Or can it be either?

If it is indeed the "punchline" in a literal sense, must it be the punchline in both strips, or only the punchline in the second?
