Bolo, I lost 50 lbs in the first half of 2010. I've pretty much kept it off, but the holidays were a bit harsh and I'm getting back on track. I can give you some helpful hints if you want.
Well, I've got NutriSystem for the food, so I'm just looking at the exercise size of it. The NS is low-gycemic and balanced. I take a multivitamin and a green tea extract pill every day (I've read the actual scientific report on green tea helping a diet). I'm back to 64 ounces of water a day and 8 trips to the can. I don't think I even want cheat meals this time around. I may do one when I get below 190 again and then again when I hit 160 (my current goal), but I may not.
This round feels the way I did when I quit smoking back in 2000. It wasn't a feeling of intense necessity or desire. I just want to be done with the old habits of eating. In other words, this time it will probably take.
But any suggestions are more than welcome!
