You laugh, but I actually do have a 5.25" drive with a magnet mount for the roof. I only put it on for parades and stuff, since I dunno how well the magnet (one of the huge pizza delivery sign type ones) would hold at high speeds. I have another drive ready for when that one gets damaged or stolen.

And yes, I get the irony of using a magnet to affix a disk drive.
