If you look at the history of these cups they move at a glacial pace. The last one took 4 years to finish. I'm sorry for my recent 4 days of not updating it and I promise to do ebtter in the future. Until then jsut do more meth and make your comics and vote faster.

OK, so I'm home from work.  I just want to start off by saying that I've been following the Comics Cup from a lurking distance, and I'm really loving the stuff I've seen so far.  The thing I've always loved most about SC is the forum-comic crossover feature, which makes some really cool things possible, like these contests.

I went with jes_lawson because, and I realize there's few opportunities in life to say this as feedback so you'll have to let me savor it, mmmmmmmm, anyways Vodok's comic wasn't quite shitty enough.  It takes a lot of manure to overcome asiangirl2's favorite rapist, IMHO.

Although attitudechika's comic was spot on with the base AND bonus rules of the original contest, and I am personally a sucker for lawyers getting the ol' "Kilgore Trout" treatment, brycekain really snapped a rubber-band with his punchline.  Panel 3 was like a last-minute knockout in the bottom ten seconds of an awesome Round Three.

Admittedly, my vote for not_Scyess is a bit biased, but only because I have very shallow music tastes and I am not familiar enough with Radiohead to get the joke.  If the rules allow it, you can even ignore it on the grounds that it just ain't fair.

RCCOLAMAN, if I could vote for you, I would.  Your comic was epic hilarious and we all know it.  You knocked one out of the park.  Thanks for letting me ride your coattails into the peanut gallery.

Ah, shit. Sorry, I had meant my lack of a vote in the second contest to be an abstaination, as I couldn't find any way to separate the two entries in terms of funny, so thats an Abstain for match two.

As for RCCOLAMAN vs ZMannZilla, I'm giving my vote to ZMannZilla due to the tiny 'chortle' sound I made while reading the last panel.

Well, by taking the cowards way out lima has given the match to Brycekain! Congrats on making it to the next round, tough guy!
