i caught that one too, flipynif, but i was guessing some didn't because of how low it was rated despite how funny it was

and 0401040, '... I actually have Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.' is the punchline. made me laugh anyway (though i think it would have been even funnier if only the word Progressive was in italics)

You realise I actually did some research into what condition he had. Progresive Supranuclear Palsy is quite a difference from Bipolar Disorder. So he wasn't just wrong about the 'Progressive' he was also wrong about the 'Superanuclear Palsy'.

Him having PSP is a plot device that explains why he doesn't look the other characters in the eye, and spends ages looking at a piece of paper in previous strips.
