I'll borrow from kaufman and keep it simple, hopefully. 

The rules are...

1) Comics must be 1- cell.

2) The background must be black.

3) Two different 'characters' must be used. They can be anyone or anything from any of the 'character' categories.

4) The first character says something aligned with wisdom, metaphysics, piety, deepness, etc. etc.

5) The second character responds with the punchline, which has no rules associated with it.

Judging will be in 10 - 14 days.

So... have at it... I hope.
