The following things are all happening at my job at the same time:

1.)  One person quit, one retired, leaving us two people short.

2.)  The library director decided that the sports books should leave our department and go to the first floor and be replaced by photography and crafting.  Oh, and that this should be done immediately, even though we're short-staffed.

3.)  The sports books we're giving up take up 4 rows of shelves.  The photography and crafting take up 7.  So somehow, I have to clear 3 rows worth of books from the music literature section by the end of this week.

4.)  Did I mention we're short-staffed so I'm on the reference desk all day?  So I'm expected to answer the phones, deal with walk-up customers, weed and shift the entire music literature section AND put all of the reference sports books on book trucks BY FRIDAY.

5.)  I am now completely insane.  Koo koo ca choo.
