I haven't observed DST for the last two or three years now, at least when I'm on my own property.  I've always hated it and can't stand daylight lasting into the night when it should be dark.  So I won't even have to set my clocks or anything.

Saskatchewan doesn't observe Daylight Savings Time. I think we're the only place that stays constant all year round.

I also think that the reason we don't switch our clocks is because everyone's a wee bit slow in the noggin' and all that time-changing is dern confusing!

Parts of Indiana do and some don't. From my understanding the Northwest  has day lights saving and all the hill billy's don't.

i think Arizona is the only whole state that doesn't do it, though there's counties in other states that don't. i just moved from Arizona to Florida and i was kind of pissed i had to roll the clocks back recently. i could have used the extra sunlight since it's against cult doctrine to get up before noon
